Abel Albonetti LLC and its employees provide fitness and wellness content for informational purposes only. Always consult a physician before starting any exercise program. Neither Abel Albonetti LLC nor its employees is a medical provider, and content herein should not be treated as medical advice.
02 User Responsibilities
You are responsible for undertaking any training and/or nutrition program safely and within your physical capabilities. You agree not to use any information provided by Abel Albonetti LLC or its employees in a way that violates any applicable laws.
03 Billing
Access to training and/or nutrition programs requires purchase and/or an active subscription. Purchases are made through Stripe. In the case of one-time purchases, your program is considered active for the duration of the purchased period. In the case of subscription payments, you may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
04 Privacy & Data
Your personal data, including progress photos and health metrics, is never shared with other users or third parties except as required by law.
05 Intellectual Property
All workout programs, content, and designs created by Abel Albonetti LLC and its employees are the property of Abel Albonetti LLC and may not be reproduced without written consent.
06 Limitation of Liability
Abel Albonetti LLC is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from use of the available programs.
07 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the personal training services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
